After an extremely successful year, BuDS held its Annual General Meeting on 20th November 2021, to round up the year, and celebrate the achievements of our volunteers, Trustees and staff.
The meeting was held via Microsoft Teams, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, starting at 3pm and finishing at 4.45pm. The AGM was attended by 23 members and 12 guests.

The Trustees report for 2021 was accepted by the meeting. This can be found here:
Elections for the Trustee Board were held. All nominees were unanimously elected by those present and voting. Re-elected were:
- Andrew Clark (Chair)
- Liz Hobbs (Secretary)
- Sue Samson
- Ann Hedges
- Michael Anderson
Six new Trustees were elected at the meeting. These were:
- Mumtaz Suleman (Treasurer) (Co-opted April 2021)
- Philippa Batting (Co-opted June 2021)
- Robert Hobbs (Co-opted June 2021)
- Roberta Silva (Co-opted June 2021)
- Ben Stykuc (Co-opted January 2021)
- Cary Hobbs
The meeting was asked to review the new BuDS Values and three constitutional amendments. These were unanimously accepted. The financial report for 2021 was presented and accepted. These can be found here:
