BuDS Annual Meeting 2025

The BuDS Annual General Meeting for 2025 was held online using Microsoft Teams on 24 January 2026 at 1:30pm. 

What Happened At The 2025 Annual Meeting?

The Annual General Meeting:

  • Accepted the Trustees’ Report for 2024-2025
  • Noted the Strategy for 2026
  • Agreed the minutes of the 2025 AGM held on 18 January 2025
  • Re-elected 6 Trustees and elected 2 Trustees for the first time
  • Appointed Officers
  • Reconfirmed BuDS Values
  • Noted the accounts for 2024/2025 and the independent examiner’s report

Voting

Disabled people living in England were eligible to vote at the Annual Meeting, which was quorate under the BuDS constitution. (A disabled person is anyone meeting the Equality Act definition of a disabled person, i.e. anyone with a long-term condition or impairment which significantly affects their everyday life.)
