OFSTED Inspects Services For SEND Children And Young People In Buckinghamshire

OFSTED inspectors are looking at how well children and young people with special education needs and disability (SEND) are having their needs identified and met by Buckinghamshire Council. OFSTED would like to hear direct from young people and parents. Whether your experience has been positive or negative, the BuDS Fair4All Education project urges you to let the inspectors know your views. You only have until 8 March so act now!

You can find the OFSTED survey here: Buckinghamshire County Council Local Area SEND inspection: parents and carers views (smartsurvey.co.uk)

You can also send your comments to OFSTED by e-mail instead at this link: LASEND.support@ofsted.gov.uk

If you need any help to send your views to OFSTED, please do e-mail the Fair4All Education project coordinator, Angie, on angieb@buds.org.uk and we will do our best to support you. The OFSTED process isn’t very disability-accessible.

BuDS will also be submitting views to OFSTED, and it would really help us if you could send us a copy of any response you send to OFSTED. You can do this by e-mail to angieb@buds.org.uk. Don’t worry – we will anonymise your response before it is circulated within our team.
