Feedback and Complaints

BuDS welcomes feedback, both positive and negative. We are a learning organisation, and we value everyone’s opinion so that we can celebrate success, improve our services, or put something right.

If you’d like to give us any feedback, you can do so confidentially using the form below. This information will be shared directly with BuDS senior staff and trustees. It will not be seen by project staff or volunteers. Please make sure that you give us enough information to understand your feedback or complaint, so that we can take appropriate action before we get back to you.

If you would prefer to speak to someone, please call 01494 211179, select Option 2, and leave us a voicemail. Please say that you are ringing about feedback or a complaint, and would like to speak to a senior manager or Trustee about it. Make sure you leave your name and phone number so we can get back to you.

Complaints will be investigated in accordance with the BuDS Complaints Policy, which can be found here.
